Abilities, knowledge, experiences:
• Is it company where I make all what need a business it .I make the correspondence in English and german language fluent , Diagnose and resolution on desktop/laptop software and hardware in all Windows from win95 to XP/Vista environment. Provide day-to-day technical support to members & user base, including Help Desk ticket monitoring and problem resolution, PC installation, PC support, PC software support and end user training,answering or responding to calls, resolving incidents and work orders and providing required assistance to clients.
• Configure and install new hardware and upgrade or move existing hardware as required. Install or upgrade new software or software upgrades on user equipment. Assist clients in troubleshooting and resolving problems with existing software or software configurations. Assist in troubleshooting of all PC related equipment, including desktops/laptops, servers, cabling, webcam,scanners,modem,sprinters and more periphals.Make tests with benchmark and nother test computer to see ob to not have problem.
• Network troubleshooting & diagnosis of network cards, network cabling & network infrastructure
• Installation & configuration of hardware, operating systems and other software products.
• Installation & configuration of supported applications.Update hardware.
• Supports, monitors, tests and troubleshoots IT hardware, software and network problems.
• Printer/Scanner setup and configuration
• Desktop Hardware setup and upgrades
• Ghost
• MS Office
• Anti-virus software ,Antispam,Firewall
PC assembly of complete systems and the distribution of IT hardware, peripherals, etc. The target group ranges from simple office users of the corporate customer segment to the high-end gamers.
I don’t now unix,linux and another programs network.Only windows network.
