As a Technical Team Lead and Consultant, on the CACS Upgrade Project in The Hague, Netherlands, Mr. Kisch coordinated effort with the client technical representatives and the client project manager and upgraded the collection system from from CACS-Telecom 2.2 to CACSeVantage 3.3., by adding Sybase’s Application Server, reviewing interfaces, monitoring performance, upgrading databases (test and production).

Tools used in this project were MS Visual C++ 5.0. Shell scripting for data migration was done for MS-Dos and Sun Solaris/HP Unix. STRATA is a Decision Engine used with Billing and Collection (CACS) Systems.
AMS, IMPLEMENTATION ASSESSMENT STERLING JEWELERS, AKRON, OHIO – dates (01/03 to 04/03)
As a Consultant, Mr. Kisch conducted the Technical Implementation Assessment at Sterling Jewelers. He was responsible to give a high level overview about CACS integration into the Sterling Jewelers system landscape and for the technical documentation of this assessment. During this assessment, Mr. Kisch faced with the rest of the AMS Team the only the local technical team management, but also the Board of Sterling Jewelers, to facilitate the decision making process.
AMS, CACS SUPPORT AND DEVELOPMENT, AMS, REDWOOD CITY, CALIFORNIA – dates (01/01 to 01/03)
As a Programmer Analyst, in the CACS (Telecom) Development Center, Mr. Kisch participated in the support (maintenance and bug fixing) on several versions of the AMS collection system for telecoms (CACS-Telecom x.x; CACSeVantage 3.1, 3.2, 3.3). Mr. Kisch has also participated in the research, prototyping and development of server (C, J2EE), database (PL/SQL, Java) and Web GUI (Javascript, EJB, Servlet, JSP) components for CACSeVantage 3.1, 3.2, 3.3.
Mr. Kisch has also programmed, tested and installed a system integration module for CACS-Telecom (year 2002, Redwood City, California). He designed and implemented the software in Java, proving that integration time of two other systems (AMS’s Tapestry and FDC’s Account/Receivable system) with CACS-Telecom, can be reduced dramatically and the code reused with any other integration.
NOTE: CACS is an acronym for Computer Assisted Collection System. The System is used for effective treatment of delinquent account receivables and can be used not only in Telecom, but also in Banking, Government, in fact with any Billing or Account Receivable System.
AMS, ARCOR TAPESTRY BILLING PROJECT, ARCOR (NOW VODAFONE) DÜSSELDORF, GERMANY – dates (09/99 to 12/00)
As a Programmer Analyst, on the ARCOR Tapestry Billing System Project, Mr. Kisch was part of the Infrastructure GUI development and support team. Tools used in this project were the MS Visual C/C++ 5.0 (main programming on PC, WinNT platform) and MS Visual Basic 5.0 (main programming on PC, WinNT platform). During this assignment Mr. Kisch supported more than thirty developers who used GUI infrastructure components for the different parts of the System: Rating, Billing, Order Management, CRM.
KIMBLE AUTOMOTIVE APPLICATION AB, GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN – dates (03/99 to 08/99)
Mr. Kisch was a HW Programmer at Kimble Automotive Application AB. He took part of in the design, implementation and testing of a download tool from a PC to a multiprocessor platform. The platform is called Volcano and is the electrical system in the Volvo S80 model. Modification of the firmware of the Motorola processors, cross-compiling routines to these were among his tasks.
THESIS INTERN VOLVO TECHNOLOGICAL DEVELOPMENT, GOTHENBURG, SWEDEN – dates (08/98 to 10/98)
As a Thesis Intern, ported and evaluated Windows CE 2.0 to a Volvo-built automotive platform. He also wrote of a 1/4 VGA screen driver for Windows CE, used on the same platform.
