Project history
Klaus successfully lead the migration of a new ERP solution for one of the subsiduary companies. This was a major core application of a Sales to Invoice, Accounting system move. In parallel change in business processes and practice was completed. Klaus effectively managed the 3rd party vendor in the system specification, development, testing and migration to the new solution. He had high regard from both the business team and the vendor project team in bringing teams together and focussing them on getting the job done.
