Step 1: Seed Developer - We build your outsourced team just like you would do it yourself, one developer at a time. We start off with one of our most senior developers who comes on-site and starts working within your organization on day one, absorbing the business knowledge, technical environment and making the vital social connections necessary to efficiently build a strong working partnership.
Step 2: Grow Remote Team - Once the seed developer is fully integrated into your organization over a period of several weeks he then returns to our office and we organically grow the outsourced team one developer at a time.
