Formed from learning from scratch as concrete worker and the studies of civil engineering I gained valuable practical experience in implementing my skills on construction sites. Since 2006 I am offering professional Project Management and Site Management as freelancer. It possesses vast experience in wide variety of sectors such as plant construction, civil engineering and fit-out.
As a specialist for individualization I provide solutions to complex engineering and construction works; I also work alongside leading companies offering assistance in the whole scope of civil construction from the initial set-up of the construction site till acceptance.
My objective is to deliver customer-oriented services and completely fulfil the expectation within the budget and on time. I strive to provide highest level of client service and satisfaction. My extensive knowledge acquired by long-term acting in various Project Phases and expertise allows me to provide state of the art solutions to achieve customer\\\\\\\'s expectations. Active as Project Manager in the universalbeton Heringen GmbH a manufacturer of precast concrete units. The task demands the accompanying of the project through all phases starting from design of construction, scheduling of production, transportation and the final assembling of the units. The vast area of Responsibility includes accounting, claim management, to comply with budget allowance and to gain the acceptance of the project.

Working in the position as Senior Site Manager for the Linde AG in Algeria to realize a helium plant. My operation area comprehends the Supervision and Organization of the complete Civil Construction such as drilled piles, foundations, civil underground engineering, plant power supply, fire protection water network, grounding conduction network, turnkey and finishing of plant facilities. The negotiations, site meetings and contract language were in French.

General Management and Project Management for the U-Tech UK Limited in London. Fitted with vast scope of authority the mission was to set up a branch in the UK with 60 co-workers in the building and plant construction industry within one year. The task requires the organization of wage and salary accounting, general accounting, purchasing, project managing and acquisition. The Wembley Stadium and the Heathrow Terminal 5 are the first U-Tech Projects in the UK.
