Project Management / Scrum Master /Programme Management:
Technical and disciplinary head of project teams in classic realization projects with end users or internal projects and programs. Head of IT development teams during active development processes as Scrum Master or Product Owner. In charge of project and program budgets, the communication between all internal and external hierarchical levels, selection of internal and external resources, responsible for the success of the project
Process Management / Business Analysis:
Definition and modelling of commercial and technical processes for mass market products as well as complex solutions. Analysis of requirements for business process alterations with the necessary IT system introductions and adjustments in the areas of marketing, product management, provisioning, customer care, mediation and billing as well as sales concerning feasibility in relation to economic efficiency and consistency for corporate strategy and for the existing IT infrastructure. Support for product manager during the product development process. Definition and production of IT requirements, commissioning and monitoring of IT development, definition, commissioning and monitoring of test cases to examine the requested realization before release of the solution within the IT systems. Coordination “ready for operation” in relation to other development projects. Preparation of training documents and trainings for customer service agents to transfer the new product-specific provision processes
Product Management:
Definition of market-oriented products and product features in the area of complex solutions as well as standardised mass-produced articles (focus on telecommunication and IT), in charge of timely market launch with appropriate product range. Strategic positioning and development of market products by defining the market mix concerning product, function, costs and distribution channel. Formulation of marketing concepts, drawing up product and price campaigns, organisation of customer workshops. Monitoring and assessment of economic business ratios concerning recent planning. Deduction and coordination of actions for product targets attainment related to ARPU, Revenue, EBITDA, EBIT and units. Enquiry and benchmarking of competition, SWOT analysis. Control of the introduction and adjustment of processes with relevance respective IT systems, customer care and provisioning. Quality monitoring of all processing and support
