• Senior developer of Ruby on Rails intranet applications within Cenovus. Full life cycle of development, from requirements gathering through to deployment and maintenance.
• Took leadership role in establishing peer reviews and implementing TDD approach.
• AMS team member responsible for enhancements and bug fixes to existing Ruby on Rails applications.
• Assisted support team in regaining customer satisfaction by introducing Rails best practices to improve quality of delivered software.
• As part of 7 member “SWAT” team, assisted in wiping out a 500 ticket AMS request queue backlog in two months.
