My client, a prestigious Financial Services brand, requires an exceptional Interim Agile Project Manager to lead a team through all stages within an Agile and Transformational programme environment.

As Interim Agile Project Manager you will demonstrate direction and leadership to a team comprising cross-business SME's of differing capabilities (IT, Risk, Digital, Operations, Change) to enable the team to deliver Agile and Transformational Change.

You will play a pivotal role in transitioning stakeholders at all levels of an organisation from a 'Waterfall' based delivery environment through to an 'Agile Way of Working' at a pace the organisation can absorb the organisational change.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience leading and working within Agile Transformation Projects
  • Ideally, considerable experience working within a Financial Services Regulated Environment - Banking.
  • Experience of a range of methodologies, or awareness and appreciation, such as Lean, Six Sigma and traditional project management disciplines
  • Exceptional stakeholder management and engagement skills
