SAP CRM Consultant (Italian Speaking)
Our client, a major international company operating all over the world, are looking for a SAP CRM Expert for a 7 month project located in the beautiful city of Rome, Italy.
The consultant should have Consultant with experience of several SAP CRM Implementations for Realization phase (Technical Specs, Development, documentation).
Skills Required:
- Deep knowledge of the CRM Cross Industry main objects and processes
(eg Account Management, Activity/Task Management, Actions, Business Transactions),
- Service Processes (eg Service Requests, Case Management),
- Interaction Center (eg E-Mail Response Management System, Identification, Interaction Records and Follow-up, Agent Inbox),
- ERP Sales Order Integration
- Knowledge of the CRM/IS-U integration and Financial Customer Care processes (Payments, Account Balance, Collections, Dispute Management) is a plus
- Familiar with SAP ASAP Methodology
- Utilities Industry is a plus
- Software Components: CRM-MD, CRM-BF, CRM-BTX, CRM-IC, CRM-IU, CRM-MW
