Sales Support/AssistantOur client, a global leading telecommunication company are recruiting for a Sales Support/Assistant to join their business in the United Kingdom.
Position Title: Sales Support/Assistant
Position Type: Fixed term employment
Start Date: February 2016
Duration: 11 month fixed term employment
Location: Weybridge

Responsibilities:
- Market Research (online or by phone call)
- Data collection, data monitoring and analysis
- Improve sales and customer service
- Produce report for internal use (weekly, monthly basis)
- Support various issues related to business professionally and promptly
- Forwarding issues to technical support team
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in computer science, electric engineering or ICT related field. British college graduate or MBA /MSc preferred
- Experience in business related field beneficial. Knowledge of Business Models
- Experience working in customer service
- Advanced Excel, Word, Powerpoint skills
- Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving situation
