The Company
Consol Partners are currently looking for an experience PMO Specialist with experience across the Finance/Banking Sector to work for our client, a well-respected European consultancy who have recently won multiple large contracts across Europe.
The Role
The work will be carried out on behalf of their client who are working to build a harmonized and integrated system for the prudential supervision of the Banking and Insurance sector. The PRIME PMO develops project management best practices and standards in alignment with the EPMO. They develop tools and procedures needed to monitor the cost, budget and progress of the Prime projects.
They have a flexible budget for the right person, but above all they want someone who will be passionate about the project, has a genuine interest in helping the organisation grow and will have innovative ideas to share with the team.
The successful candidate will have the following skill set:
- Ability to capture, control, manage PMO data
- Analytic skills
- Ability to manipulate data using formulas, pivot tables, graphs with Excel
- Ability to detect potential risks and conflicts
- Ability to analyse and improve performance of PMO processes
- Effective communicator at all levels.
Education & experience
- Proven PMO experience and knowledge of PMI program and project management processes
- At least 3 years of experience in PMO
- At least 5 years of experience in project management
- Working in PMO for at least 3 programs
- Working in PMO for at least 10 projects
Languages
English is mandatory, formal operation (reporting, documentation) will be in English, written and verbal communication will be in French and/or Dutch.
