IT Manager Agile, Scrum, IT, Applications - 6 months - Lancashire.Type - Contract (6 months +) Location - Lancashire Start Date - Next week

An IT Manager is required by our Lancashire based client on an initial 6 month basis. They are looking for someone to lead a software development team through an application development life cycle. The team are implementing a complex system, and need somebody to manage timescales, stakeholders and delivery in an Agile (Scrum) fashion. Key Skills:

Key specific project tasks are: - Develop, adapt and execute to plans in an environment of software development and implementation - Day to day team management - Status, issue and risk tracking and reporting - Mitigation of risks, pro-active resolution or issues. - Estimating - Develop plan and manage to it - Communicate status, raise exceptions and propose mitigation - Adapt plan to changing business priorities - Own the project - definition and delivery - Manages factual evidence, audit trail (how are we doing things) - Manages 3rd parties involved in project
