I am currently recruiting for a Business Systems Analyst - SAS/Hive/Big Data for a Global leading Bank.

Rate: Up to £450p/d
Location: Yorkshire
Role: Business Systems Analyst - SAS/Hive/Big Data
Contract Length: 6 months rolling

This area has seen significant recent growth and as such has been given budget for additional headcount.

The Business Systems Analyst - SAS/Hive/Big Data will have:

  • Experience of writing technical analysis documents, functional specifications, solution proposals, and evaluating business requirements.
  • Knowledge of either SAS, Activiti, Drools, QlikView, Dojo, Oracle, Linux.

Key Deliverables for the Business Systems Analyst - SAS/Hive/Big Data Role:

  • Define requirements, management processes and designs detailed business solutions and structures based on business requirements.
  • Work directly with the business to ensure requirements are understandable and achievable
  • Manage requirements traceability through design and delivery
  • Support the programme management with impact assessment for change requests on design, scope, time, budget or effort on programme plan and provides accurate estimates for handling new requirements, design changes and scope
  • Manage the change audience and colleagues
  • Support the design and delivery of the technical solution
