Profile description
As SAP CRM agent you should have relevant project experience of minimum 1 year in SAP CRM,
and at least 1 entire CRM project lifecycle.
Project experience in a Utilities environment is a plus.
Our client is planning a CRM project with SAP CRM 7 (EHP2) with an ECC6 back-end on EHP7 and HANA.
Technical and functional knowledge in the following SAP CRM domains are absolutely necessary:
" Account and contact management
" Installed base management
" CRM Service Processing
" Complaint Processing
" Contract management
" Integrated Scenarios
" Service analytics
The blue prints are available and should be translated to standard CRM functionalities.
Other requirements
" SAP CRM customizing skills
" Basic SAP-PI knowledge is highly recommended
" Good technical documentation skills
" Bilingual (Flemish/French) English for documentation
" Belgian resident
" Good communication skills
" Not a pure IT approach but also profound knowledge of CRM business processes
