Description

Our client is looking for a 1st Level Support Agent for a 6 Month+ Contract based in Zaventem, Belgium.

Duties include:
- Incident resolution
- Problem determination
- Task execution
- Knowledgebase maintenance
- Service improvement
- Service provision to be in accordance with clients IS Service Center processes, policies, standards and KPls.

- Service provision will be located at clients office in Zaventem MUST be able to reach clients office in Zaventem within 30 minutes
- Service provision for 8 hours/day between 7.30 & 19.30 CET to. schedule agreed with clients Service Center manager

Technical
- Experience af Level IT support
- Knowledge of Windows 7 & above
- Knowledge of Active Directory including basic system administration
- Knowledge of Microsoft Office including 0365 & Outlook email support
- Knowledge af Microsoft Sharepoint
- Knowledge of user account administration, file/folder permissions and file shares
- Communicate effectively & accurately in both written and spoken English - other languages are an advantage
- Experience in configuration of PC's and associated peripherals; configuration of OS, Microsoft Office and other software
- Stress tolerant
