Solution Architect - Oracle BPM
Our Client is seeking a Solution Architect with deep exposure to the Oracle Fusion Middleware Stack, with an expert understanding of Oracle Business Process Management (BPM) for the purposes of work place transformation and data cleansing. The architect will be expected to provide detailed design and technology management across a broad range of technology, including Oracle BPM, Webcenter, bespoke development (Java) and ETL Development (Informatica). The candidate must have detailed experience in real world transitions of Business Processes to Oracle BPM, both as the designer and having previous implementation experience of the required technologies.
Must have experience in:
Detailed design and delivery of Oracle BPM Solutions
Detailed knowledge of transitioning To-Be Processes into a BPMN/BPEL compliant model
Producing detailed designs for all elements of the solution (BPM, SOA, Informatica) to a low level detail
Producing Java Development specifications for off-shore development teams
Defining and detailed knowledge of ETL and Data Quality processes when using Informatica
Production in detailed design and delivery of Oracle Webcenter (Content) projects
Providing leadership and Management of Agile and Waterfall software development projects
Acting as a Technical Authority across internal and external teams, by providing architectural leadership and solution direction
Stakeholder Management of third party providers and to senior/director level of clients
Provide technical definition of To Be Processes into the technology stack, covering Process Design, Datamodelling and Business Rule identification.
Provide architectural governance and strategy shaping to senior business leaders to ensure realisation of business objectives

Experience with large multi-million pound programmes
Experience with large manufacturing or data lead organisations
