Description

NEED THE FOLLOWING:
  • A printable calendar generated from an existing, popular plugin (Events Calendar Pro – https://theeventscalendar.com/product/WordPress-events-calendar-pro/ )
  • The calendar can be something that pops-up a window for print OR it can be a PDF that downloads if that is easier.


    • DETAILS:
  • We need the week view of this calendar (see screenshots) to have a ‘Print’ button for users to print the calendar in a nice looking format. We want it to print on a landscape size sheet with small margins (eg. .25?) and to take up the full width/height of the sheet.
  • The calendar can be black-and-white, but we’d like the class time slots in a light grey.
  • There will be a small margin at the bottom where we want a static logo placed (always the same.)
  • The ouput view should be able to fit a lot of classes (events) and use the same time increments (30 min) as the attached example.
  • Overlapping classes should appear in TWO COLUMNS and standard events should FILL THE ENTIRE WIDTH of a column. Current example output JPGs don’t show that.
  • The header of the printout should display the calendar name, being pulled from the online version.
  • We don’t want date #’s printed since these calendars will be reused for several weeks.


    • WE’LL PROVIDE:
  • any necessary CSS to format the print button
  • WordPress, SFTP and database access to the live space
  • The plugin is already installed but can provide our account info if Forum/Support help is needed from the makers.
  • Any additional mockups, etc. needed.


    • We hope to finish this project this week if possible, latest next week – depending on your schedule?
