- Then we may just have the position for you! The Cloud App Team are a progressive startup within Pfizer. We run Agile product teams that work closely with our internal clients to develop innovative solutions to their problems. We don’t take on standard website or app development projects!
This position is to support a lead on an innovative product currently in the early stages of adoption within the enterprise. The project will require excellent PHP development knowledge including APIs and infrastructure as there will be integrations to manage.
This is a fast moving project – please do NOT apply if you cannot fit these criteria:
- MUST have perfect English;
- MUST be able to work with Project Management, negotiate and agree deliverables and change requests;
- MUST have good estimating, planning and team delegation and task tracking experience
- MUST be a proactive work chaser - not a “specification waiter”;
- MUST have worked Agile before and be an ideas person;
- MUST be an experienced developer, able to consult on all levels;
- MUST have expectations setting mindset and highly communicative;
- MUST be able to onboard themselves quickly, identify and work within team disciplines and constraints.

Essential Technical Skills required:
- Minimum of 4yrs commercial development experience;
- Excellent experience with PHP and Laravel;
- Excellent experience with AWS;
- Some application integration & API experience is highly beneficial;
- Excellent communicator (verbal + written English);
- Experience of automated feature testing (ideally Behat);
- Good experience working with remote teams;
- Good experience working independently in an agile (scrum) environment;
- Experience with AngularJS & Bootstrap.
