PHP Developer required for 6 Month contract based in Warrington, £350 per day +With 3 new major clients coming on board my client are looking for a best of breed PHP developer ideally with experience in the Digital industry to assist them in delivering a quality product.
By no means is this role for a Developer who simply "wants to code" but for those who truly have a passion for Development, technology and quality.
Duties include:
- Analysis of the project and recommended solutions
- Time frame estimation
- Full life cycle development of product
- Gain feedback and reviews of product
- Supporting delivery of the application
- System administration
Essential skills:
- Minimum three years experience of PHP, Linux and HTML development.
- Minimum two years experience of SQL (preferably MySQL).
- Familiarity with cloud hosting and experience in general system administration.
- Strong background in jQuery, Java and Javascript.
- Good communication skills, with the ability to explain complex technical issues to other members of the team
Desirable, but not essential skills:
- Some experience of Amazon AWS
- Hadoop.
- Some knowledge of common third party APIs (Amazon, Google, Facebook, eBay etc).
- Experience of using Symfony 2 framework
- Experience of user access control
