They are looking for a business analyst to collaborate with customers and develop their business further.
THE ROLE
Consol Partners has an exciting business analyst opportunity for individuals who have 4-5 years experience working with ICMS and AS400.
As a business analyst within the systems and solutions team you will responsible for:
- Assessing and analysing customer requirements to evaluate and document possible solutions and/or alternative methods of proceeding
- Creating functional requirements/specification through features and detailed user requirements to convey the business requirements to the IT developers
- Ability to lead UAT testing efforts
- Work and define the functional architecture
- Define the project scope and deliverables working alongside the customer
- Compose project documents and review documents of other team members
- Prepare SMR (system modification request) for user requirements
- Attend Business acceptance testing to see if program modifications concur with business requirements
- Raise faults for errors investigated
- Prepare SQL request for data fixes
- Do function testing of SMR's and fix programs
- Prepare reports for users
- Parameter updates
THE INDIVIDUAL
- 4-5 years experience with ICMS and AS400
- Extensive experience in one or more of the following ICMS core modules: billing, customer care, provisioning, plan, rating, or any other ICMS core modules.
