Brief Project Summary
Our client is seeking a highly skilled Technical BA with a minimum of 5 years' experience of Desktop/Applications upgrade projects
The projects main aims are to;
- Reduce configuration complexity to reduce required support effort and costs
- Align business applications by business function to leverage economies of scale in licensing, and streamline service delivery
- Provide a more consistent customer experience
- Operates both Microsoft and Apple desktop platforms.
Role Requirements
Support the Application Packaging stream:
- Identify and document the purpose, dependants, and technical owners of applications and the systems that they are dependent on
- Ensure identified applications follow the Application Lifecycle
- Application life cycle process development and improvement
- Identification of application testing requirements
- Other project tasks as directed
Essential experience
- Enterprise standard application environments
- Microsoft based Standard Operating Environment deployments
Desirable experience
- Apple based Standard Operating Environment deployments
Expected Deliverables
- List of applications, uses, dependencies and priorities
- Required application packaging artefacts
- Application Lifecycle Process Flows - As Is & To Be
