My client, a world leading Investment Bank based in Canary Wharf, London urgently require a Solution Architect to work an initial 6 month contract with a view to extend much further.We are looking to recruit a Senior Architect with excellent communication skills who is able to engage with the Senior Stakeholder of the business. Not only that, we require candidates with an excellent understanding of the challenges and the mechanics of payments and clearing.
Required Skills/Experience:
Strong Architecture background, ideally up to VP level.
Corporate/Wholesale Banking and/or Treasury/Cash Management
Strong Payments, Corporate Payments and Clearing experience
Experience in BACS, CHAPS, SWIFT, SEPA and Faster Payments etc.
Translating complex concepts into multiple architectural "views" aimed at varying audiences
Broad based IT knowledge and experience (Hardware, Financial Software, Middleware, Databases)
Application development knowledge and experience (Distributed Services, Design, Analysis)
