Description
My customer based in Amsterdam, NL is urgently looking for a Business Analyst with expertise in the pensions field.
Business and domain knowledge of Pensions (including Pension via employer, Retirement Pensions, Partner's pensions, Orphan's pension) and Pensions Fund ( Allocation and payout of pensions, indexing of pensions etc.)
Understanding of business requirement, ownership of end-to-end of business requirement from client and documenting them properly for technical team Working experience as the bridge between Client stakeholders and technical/testing team.
Must be available Onsite
Netherlands experience is preferred but not must.
Total 6+ years of hands on experience of capturing business requirements, preferably in Insurance or Pensions field
Strong communication ( both verbal and written) and team skill
Working knowledge with Portal development area (using Liferay) or Front End application development is required
Testing capability as business user and ability to take ownership to confirm whether technical implementation meets business functionalities.
Strong working relationship with multiple stakeholders to freeze requirements, get the sign-off from clients, identify and evaluate the CRs
Flexibility and learning mindset in case situation demands to stretch or learn new skills for the success of project.
