Embedded Software Engineer/Contract/Slough:
My client a leading organisation based in Berkshire are currently seeking an Embedded Software Engineer, to come on board and join the team for a 6 month initial contract, plus extension.
LTE, 3G, 4G, UMTS, TELECOMS, BASESTATION, C, C++
The successful candidate will be responsible for the software design, coding, test, integration and documentation. Further responsibilities will also include, the development, construction and testing of backhaul solutions for LTE small cells.
The candidate will need to be experienced in programming in a Linux environment (C/C++) using Object Orientated Design Methodology.
Required Experience:
C/C++ experience
Linux
3G/4G Wireless Systems: LTE, WiMAX, UMTS, WiFi
Real Time Embedded Linux Systems on low cost SBCs and SoC based platforms
Knowledge of networking - Layer 2 and Layer , 802.1, IPv4 and IPv6
