Process Designer, eTOM framework, OSS fulfilment & Provisioning and Service Assurance.
I am looking for a OSS Process Designer with expertise's within the eTOM framework, OSS fulfilment & Provisioning and Service Assurance for a 6 month assignment with our customer in Oslo, Norway.
The project has a 12 months scope and we require someone to carry out Process Design and Setup & drive workshops.

Must have
- Excellent knowledge of eTOM framework for Fulfilment and provisioning. (Step by step Processes) - Service Management layers, Resource Management, and Supplier & Relationship, etc (how it works).
- Experienced of end to end Process Design.
- Fixed Line focus.
- Very experienced OSS Consultant experience preferable as a Solution Architect, with around 20 year + experience.
- Solid Hands on experience.
- Very good technical knowledge of products.
- Must fully understand how Fulfilment and provisioning works and happens. - Order Provision
- Solid experience within Assurance, - troubleshooting, faults, etc
- Knowledge on physical layer & network layer is good however was not able to answer on active elements (DSLAM etc), L2 configuration (VLAN etc) & OSS orchestration systems.
- Experienced within retail consumer, Enterprise and Wholesale.
Skills:
- Very Good Understanding of OSS Architecture, O&M CRM products like Remedy and FHS, NMS Products and O&M Test & diagnosis tools
- OSS Products,
- Enterprise products (Technical knowledge on copper products xDSL, IP VPN, IP Telephony, VoIP, Leased Lines, IPTV, Dark fibre, Mobile backhauls, MPLS and VLAN configuration, Emulated line, Routing etc),
- Service provisioning of enterprise products,
- Resource provisioning of enterprise products,
- Excellent communication skills
- Conducting Workshops.
- OSS orchestration systems
