Business Analyst - Banking - CASS - Financial Services
A leading Retail Bank based in London is seeking a Business Analyst to work on a complex project, which offers the opportunity to work with senior level professionals in a highly respected organisation.
The purpose of the role is for a Business Analyst to work on a CASS programme which focuses around Client Money (or Clients Assets) and how banks and other institutions deal with and hold' this money to ensure it is safeguarded. An opportunity exists to be part of an exciting, transformational and ground breaking programme, offering a unique experience within the Bank.
To be considered for this role you must be able to demonstrate the following skills within financial services (ideally retail banking):
- Strong Business Analyst experience within Financial Services
- Previous experience working on a CASS programme
- Strong Stakeholder Management skills
- Experience with requirements gathering
- Experience facilitating Workshops
- Process mapping skills to map both 'As-Is' and 'To-Be' Process Flows (desirable)
- Experience working on multiple workstreams (desirable)
- Data Analysis experience (desirable)
As well as proven experience on a large scale programme within a banking environment.
This is a business change role not a technical/IT position.
