Description
Responsibilities:- Lead new project setup in Oracle project management (OPM) tool and provide our field project managers (PMs) and account service managers (ASMs) on-going project maintenance within OPM.
- Open projects and baseline them.
- Development and distribution of weekly governance reports to the management team.
- Support the creation of financial workbooks for project reviews and financial snap shots, and assist with issues resolution.
- Leads and supports process improvement initiatives by problem solving action and follows through to resolution.
- Develops strategies for implementing operational efficiencies by reviewing work flows, procedures, performance, and financial reports.
- Builds and maintains positive, effective, and mutually beneficial-working alliances within the North America Services organization.
- Models behavior that facilitates collaboration, consistency, and service best practices.
- BA/BS degree, from an accredited college or university required.
- Minimum of 2 + years of direct related experience to oracle project management tool.
- Excellent communication/presentation skills and the ability to interact effectively within different functional areas of the business and with the internal management team.
- Experience and proven track record in managing the financial of implementation projects.
- Financial Analyst experience. (Reconciling revenue and cost, tying out pre-sale financial documents to post-sale activities, developing financial reports for project reviews etc).
- Enterprise PM and financial experience preferred.
- Experience using OPM or Clarity.
