PROJECT COORDINATOR
We are currently recruiting for our client, a prestigious telecommunications company for a Project Coordinator to join their project in Spain.
Position Title: Project Coordinator
Position Type: Contract
Start Date: June 2015
Duration: 1 year with possibility of extension
Location: Spain

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Responsible for project planning, interfacing with the client in order to get accurate information for deployment activities
- Review SOW, SOP, RFQ for invitation to tender
- Attend meetings with the project team in order to timely and efficiently coordinate and manage equipment supply, installation and acceptance status
- Responsible for deployment activities and assurance that clients targets are being met according to the contract
- Deliver output documentation to support the project and report about the progress
- Manage subcontractors
- Get FAC according to rollout plan and integrated plan
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Relevant experience in project deployment
- Skills on management and activity coordination is required
- Customer interfacing experience
- Ability to work under pressure and deliver within tight schedule
- Strong negotiation and presentation skills
- English and Spanish language skills.
