Jive Consultant- European Commission - Brussels
For one of our projects at the European Institutions in Brussels, we are urgently looking for a Jive Consultant.
Main tasks
- Provide technical consultancy and business operations advice to staff members - with a wide variety of job categories and digital competence - in their use of online collaboration.
- Provide both ad-hoc and systematic help on how to align the business needs of the staff with the IT capabilities of an on-line social collaboration tool.
- Collaborative design, test and documentation of online collaboration use-cases, including proto-typing and testing collaborative solutions based on an online collaboration platform implemented in Jive software, including add-ons and it mobile use.
- Review of the information architecture of the collaboration site, as well as the user-centric configuration of the platform features depending on the specific use-case.
For this role you need to have experience in:
- In-depth professional experience with online collaboration platforms, and their technical elements, is required. Demonstrated experience in the domain of communications is required. Experience of other social media is an advantage. Experience with organisational change driven by IT is an advantage.
- In-depth knowledge of Jive Social Business Software, including the administrator controls, is required. Knowledge of Jive add-ons (Office, Outlook, Mobile App etc) is an advantage. Knowledge of web-publishing (including HTML) is an advantage. Ability to configure online collaboration solutions for knowledge sharing is required.
- The key competencies required for this job are high levels of digital competence, combined with excellent ability to communicate and in the domain of working with others. In addition, the ability to adapt to a fast changing technical environment is required.
