Responsibilities
- Work with functional SME's to assemble & centralize critical client reporting data Perform analysis of client deliverables to identify improvements in process, content and delivery Lead with clear, level-appropriate documentation and communication
- Advance a globally aligned execution model in partnership with other regions
- Execute & co-ordinate delivery of relevant work packages

- Understand the risk environment & promote risk awareness, assessment and control as key components to all change management
- Act as the point of contact for regional team in support of global effort; build strong relationships with stakeholders and partners Understand the risk environment within the department
Skills/Experience
- Business maturity with significant relevant professional experience, including data analysis, project management or consulting
- Indepth knowledge of business process management, operations and/or business management
- Knowledge of software development life cycle and experience of working as part of joint business/technology led strategic project(s)
- Strong evidence of thought-leadership, change management and business process improvement
- Demonstrable experience successfully leading change in complex, unfamiliar and ambiguous environment
- Ability to understand and analyze complex issues, draw conclusions and articulate/execute a strategy
- Strong relationship management skills and confidence in facing off with stakeholders at all levels
- Flexible, results-driven approach to finding and implementing solutions
- Demonstrated ability to influence others, with or without technical knowledge or direct authority
- Proven success working independently in a global, matrixed environment
- Attention to detail - risk and regulatory aware and responsive
