ASP.NET MVC Developer , Barcelona
ASP.NET Developer with good experience in ASP.NET MVC and C# or VB.NET technologies developing Client Server, Multi-Tier web solutions, required for our client in Barcelona, working in an English-language, International environment.
Knowledge and experience required:
Min 5-6 years IT experience with 4 years experience in ASP.NET and C# or VB.NET, 1-2 years MVC .
MANDATORY SKILLS REQUIRED:
Development experience with:
- ASP.NET MVC version 5, Razor;
- ASP.NET and C# or VB.NET;
- Entity Framework
Proficiency in SQL Server 2008 including Transact SQL (TSQL);
XML: Practical experience of XML technologies and their use in messaging/integration;
Experience with web Front End technologies such as (D)HTML, AJAX, JavaScript, CSS, JQuery etc;
Integration with LDAP/Active Directory;
Automated Testing, TDD.
Nice to Have:
- Microsoft IIS: some knowledge;
- Domain Name System (DNS): basic knowledge
- WCF: some knowledge of integration
TASKS:
The development of:
- Client Server, Multi-Tier web solutions;
- Database applications;
- Web Front End technologies;
- Integration between disparate systems;
Drafting technical specification documentation;
Gathering requirements from users and communicating technical aspects to non-technical individuals;
Contributing to the development of training material and user guides;
Languages:
High level of both spoken and written English. Minimum accepted level B1 of the CEF (Common European Framework) framework
Portable is required.
