Business Analyst - Online Payment Gateway
A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join highly reputable global and market leading organisation in Dubai. As a BA you will analyse, capture and document business objectives and functional requirements and translate them into requirements and solution definition documents as per QMS for system solutions in a comprehensive, meaningful and well-structured manner.
Provide technical document management preferably related to Online Payment processing. Carry out functional implementation, support business process studies and conduct user training for power users on application functionality and features for both internal and external customers.
You must have a minimum of 8-10 years in a Business Analysis role, with Online Payment gateway domain experience and experience in designing online payment solutions.
Skilled in requirements gathering, analysis, process maps, use cases, preparing RFTs, RFIs through to vendor evaluations, managing multiple streams.
