Description
We are currently recruiting for a Java Developer for our clients based in Ispra, Italy -Technical skills
General IT experience in developing web applications and use of web content management systems: 8 years experience on Java programming language and web application development (PHP, JSP Tomcat/servlet)
Knowledge of Linux operating principles and fundamental concepts of data management
Good knowledge of SQL and Oracle
Web services
Servlets
Good Knowledge of Ajax Web technologies (HTTP, XML, JavaScript, etc)
Specific expertise
Java programming language and web application development (PHP, JSP Tomcat/servlet): 6 years
Working experience on programs for anonymous web access such as TOR or JAP: 1 year
working experience on Web scraping (web harvesting or web data extraction) technique and tools such as htmlunit: 1 year
Working experience with web applications testing tools such as Selenium or Junit: 1 year
General skills
Good oral and written knowledge of English is indispensable
Ability to collect and analyze facts, to identify problems, and provide solutions.
