Description
Summary:- Work with the business and technical teams to support the Business Rules Management (BRM) system implementation.
- This includes its interactions with other system modules, such as Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP), Price & Margin Management (PMM), and Customer Relationship Management (CRM).
- Experience in leading regional team meetings
- Evaluate all system modifications and development requests to determine potential benefits and impact on business
- Participate in the development of business requirements and specifications to enhance the performance and value of the application on behalf of NA Consulting services with the clients on BRM functionality, processes, and value-add
- Develop test cases and conduct testing of functionality
- Support of functional requirements during BRM roll-out projects and system releases
- Support user community in exploiting the use of system functionality
- Lead NA User Community which includes communications and planning and facilitation of meetings
Required Skills:
- 5 plus years of business analyst/business systems analysis experience or comparable business experience.
- Strong ability to focus on and translate business needs into IT functional specifications.
- Experienced in IT system implementation, support, migration or upgrade
- Excellent person/telephone verbal and written communication skills
- Experience working with in a global team environment
- Project management experience
- Self-motivated, goals oriented, good problem solving abilities, including root cause analysis.
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college preferably in Info/Computer Science or Business
- Travel requirement: Must be willing and able to travel 10% of the time
