This organisations is one of the world's leading financial institutes who boasts a true global presence with offices in USA, ASIA, ANZ and their EMEA headquarters in Dublin.
They are currently undertaking an exciting project in transitioning their Datacentre to a global model and are hoping to speak with Service Delivery Consultants with experience in delivering process definition projects previously.
The primary responsibilities of the Service Delivery Consultant will be delivering procedures across a wide range of Infrastructure services for the global Service Delivery model, create a model to transition different regions to the shared service model and report and measure the services provided by third party services. In addition to this, the Service Delivery Consultant will be responsible for contract negotiations and governance.
The successful candidate will be an experience Service Management professional with a proven history of delivering service design processes and successful vendor management. You will have a strong technical knowledge of infrastructure and services and experience in team lead positions. You will be ITIL certified and will be able to communicate to the highest standard.
