Details:- The ideal candidate for the Business Technical Analyst role will work with key customers to identify business needs and create solutions within the Communications and Collaboration platform.
- This resource must be skilled with gathering and documenting business requirements, and building strong relationships with customers.

- Will be working with consulting requests for internal users. Anything that supports online communication or collaboration platform.
Request: internal websites, targeted toward employers. A business area may need to build a website or refresh an old site, understand the purpose of the site, what is needed, who is the audience, build statement of work. - Assist Project Managers with the end-to-end delivery of these solutions, integrating standards, external best practices, and consideration for the company culture with proven experience with clients.
- The ideal candidate will push to improve the Communications and Collaboration platform, working within the standards and policies of the global implementation.
- This candidate must be versatile, providing value within a wide variety of responsibilities, and comfortable with rapidly changing priorities.
- This resource must have strong SharePoint skills and demonstrate ability to plan and create sites, lists, and content.

- Expertise in Content Management using layout templates and publishing
features of SharePoint 2013 and Adobe CQ - Hands-on experience with creating sites and applications in SharePoint 2013 or previous versions, including working with site collections, site definitions, web parts, pages, workflows, content types, metadata, templates, sandbox solutions, and themes
- SharePoint Designer experience (1+ years)
- Experience entering requirements, not strict BA discipline. Get to core of what the need is and be able to make suggestions to meet need
- Communication skills, not presenting just communicating between business units.
- Creative background, understands usability of websites, use content management systems, content strategy, how information can be organized.
- Experience writing for website and familiar with website structure.
- Experience building websites: Adobe CQ 5
- SharePoint 2013 or 2010
- Infopath, customizing SharePoint interface would be a benefit but not needed.
- Experience with technical solutions but don't have to be too technical
