The Job Description is as follows:
- Design and Support ESB, BPM and IBM infrastructure platform roadmaps.
- Risk Assessment for application getting hosted on platform against Philips existing strategies, processes, guidelines and standards.
- Identify and Resolve first-time and recurring problems, along with the support team.
- First point of contact and point of escalation for any platform related queries and issues.
- Work with team and guide the team to achieve day to day objectives, like monitoring, report reviews, others.
- Propose platform and technical needs to Client leadership and Customer stakeholders for smooth function of operations team and integration platform.
