Description
Serve as the first point of contact for day-to-day communication for the CS programs/projects and work closely with the Program Change Consultant(s)
Coordinate/facilitate cross-functional program/project teams in their communication
Responsible for creating and coordinating the communications output for the CS programs/projects (Create and deliver emails, direct mail, brochures, newsletters, communication toolkit, surveys and other publications).
Proactive part of the CS program/project teams (eg attendance during core team meetings, change embedding activities etc.)
Facilitate team days, kick-off sessions and other events
Set-up and maintain project SharePoint sites (in cooperation with PMO)
Effectively communicate project strategies, statuses, and key decisions within program/project teams and project stakeholder committees
Manage the program/project communication timelines (ensure that the programs/projects deliver communication on-time, accurately and with the desired quality of product).
Measures the effectiveness of communication activities
Manage the communication budget(s)
Develop fresh story ideas to explain the programs/projects(s)
Aligns with Internal/Corporate Communication departments
Reports directly to the Project Change Manager
