Role
In this position you will be responsible for the implementation of Adobe SiteCatalyst on all domains and weblets at Mendeley. You will bring state-of-the-art tracking capabilities and define the way data is used for reporting and driving decisions.
What you will do:
Consolidate reporting and technical requirements and define implementation plan in line
Define user behaviour KPIs and set appropriate goals
Coordinate tasks with Developers and Product Managers
Build custom solutions where out of the box capabilities are not sufficient
Create best practices, workflows and reporting dashboards
Summarise learnings and share among Mendeley other Products
What you bring to the role:
In-depth applied knowledge of Adobe Analytics, in particular SiteCatalyst and Adobe Dynamic Tag Manager
Proven track record of implementing web analytics solutions end to end
Fluency in JavaScript and SQL
Comfort with data analysis, ideally in the world of Python/R
Ability to work with various teams in a complex environment, ensuring timely delivery of multiple priorities
Excellent interpersonal skills and ability to communicate and present effectively at all levels
