Beacon Hill Technologies has an 18 month contract opportunity for an Accounting Software Support Specialist.
Must be flexible to work a shift between the hours of 8:00am-8:00pm and on Saturdays as needed.
Job Details:
This position is responsible for providing telephone support services for Accounting and Proprietary Software issues. This position serves as a contact to assist with research, problem resolution, questions, and quality customer service. Works closely with other team members to gain knowledge and transfer support information within the team. Responsible for troubleshooting and providing clear and complete documentation of user problems and requests. Properly transfers and escalates issues when appropriate.
