Description

Do you want to be part of a large multinational in electronics? Do you have a technical background and are you a service oriented type? In this role you will have the opportunity to work for an industry leading multinational that has a large European hub here in the Netherlands.

You will be partly responsible as a contact person for the German speaking clients of this organisation, in fully servicing their needs in all their technical inquiries.

The company

The company is a large multinational that is an industry leading organisation in sub-assemblies in the electronics industry. They have a large European office in the Den Bosch region, which is a true international office with many different nationalities present.

You will

  • Provide technical support to the clients of this customer around their product offerings
  • Proactively approach prospective clients to see if they need any support
  • Over deliver on perceived customer service

You are

A service oriented person with a technical background. You are an excellent communicator and have high problem-solving skills.

Your profile:

  • Bachelor degree level, preferably in engineering
  • Fluent German and English speaker
  • Customer service orientation
