Service Center RNOP EngineerWe are currently recruiting for our client, prestigious Telecommunication company, for Service Center RNOP Engineers ?to join their project in Romania.
Position Title: Service Center RNOP Engineer

Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for the radio network planning/optimization work of wireless (2G/3G/4G) network deployments, including planning, initial tuning, driving test, test data analysis, parameter changes/optimization, etc. to meet KPI targets and pass the network acceptance tests.
- Remote support to project teams in Germany.
- Research on 2/3/4G planning/optimization issues to be prepared for future network deployments/upgrades.
- Coordination with subcontractors or service partners.
Skills:
- University Bachelor Degree or above in Telecommunications, Engineering or related studies.
- 1-5 years working experience in Telecom industry.
- Hands-on working knowledge and experience in 2/3/4G planning and optimization.
- Familiar with vendor technology such as Huawei, Ericsson, NSN and ZTE.
- Good personal and communications skills.
- Fluency in English is a must. Knowledge of German language is a plus.
