Harvey Nash is looking for a professional Service/Operations Manager (60%) for a 7 + month project in Switzerland.
The role is about managing and coordinating computer support service delivery activities across various different teams to ensure rapid, accurate, and efficient resolution/escalation of application support issues/problems.
You are responsible for
Planning, developing and maintaining policies and procedures for carrying out application support operations Reflecting the operational findings into new/changed systems capabilities and the required communication activities Requirements
Experience with enterprise-scale, complex, distributed computer system architectures is a strong requirement Knowledge of the Oracle BPM technology and the way this is applied in EWS/EA PEBA is a strong prerequisite Knowledge of applications that are deployed on this platform is highly appreciated Excellent English language skills and the proven ability to work with global, virtual teams is required Are you available immediately, have experience working within a Life Science company?
