Description

Role Description:

A highly motivated Business Analyst required to work in an fast paced, ambiguous global environment. The ideal candidate will have proven experience of implementing large scale, high impact process improvement initiatives.

High Level Responsibilities

1. Liaise with business SMEs to understand the as-is' processes within multiple regional Retail Incentives program (Partner Onboarding, Calculation and Payout)

2. Identify, design & test process improvements

3. Define the measurable benefits associated with each improvement initiative

4. Document the process changes and provide training to business users. Provide support materials through multiple communication channels

5. Support the Incubation team to achieve the defined SLA for payments and partner queries

6. Support the transition of the incubated business to a permanent offshore BPO team (RFP, Transition planning and coordination)

7. Simplify the existing calculation files (Intermediate to Advanced Excel skills required)

8. Provide business with recommendations on short, medium and long term process improvement initiatives

9. Perform cost benefit analysis and ROI for changes to processes

Experience

  • Candidate must have demonstrated experience of implementing end to end process improvement initiatives
  • Experience of working on compliance/SOX based processes necessary
  • Candidate must be comfortable with analysis and interpreting Excel based data
  • High level knowledge of Credit notes, POs, invoices, disbursements will be of benefit
  • Candidate must have experience of working in a large multinational environment
  • Minimum of highly proficient Excel experience (pivots/macros/lookups/data validation, formula manipulation) required

General skills/behaviours

  • The candidate must have high attention to detail, be effective at working both independently and as part of a team, and be comfortable working with ambiguous/undocumented processes.
  • Strong communication skills are essential
  • Candidate must have intermediate - advanced Excel skills
  • Candidate must have highly proficient knowledge of Visio, Powerpoint and Office products
  • Experience of Sharepoint and/or InfoPath design required
  • Experience of working in a Telco/Retail environment a plus
  • Experienced Six Sigma Qualification a plus
