Deal Advisory
The group specialises in providing lead advisory services to sellers (Banks) and buyers (large PE/Debt Funds) of loan portfolios and loan servicing platforms. For our sell side the team provides "keep versus sell" options modelling and analysis, lead M&A advisory services for non-core/non performing debt portfolios and origination and servicing platforms. For buyers you will assists clients in sourcing opportunities to acquire portfolios, performing due diligence, valuation and the structuring of debt portfolio acquisitions.
Buy Side
Delivering a range of projects for PE funds, which are most often loan portfolio and single credit due diligence assignments (ie assessing the likely recovery for a purchaser of a loan)
- Day to day contact for the client
- Coordinating cross-border teams
- Assist more senior team members to manage the relationship with key PE and fund
Sell Side
- Preparing and review draft pitches, proposals and presentations
- Day to day project management for an end to end transaction
- Day to day contact for the client (and investors)
- Coordinating cross-border teams and client advisors
- Coordinating preparation of Information Memorandums (PowerPoint and Word)
- Reviewing loan portfolio data tapes (Excel and Access)
- Setting up and coordinating buyer meetings
