Producer (Design/Creative)

We are looking for a number of Producers to join an inhouse creative team that is currently expanding its design department, you will be delivering 360 campaigns so you are needed to be fluent in the language of Design.
Experience Required:
- The ability to take creative briefs and translate strategy into implementable and achievable design solutions
- To manage all design requirements of a project from brief through to delivery.
- The ability to break down campaign/project deliverables into design deliverables, and to assign appropriate Designer resource to each part of campaign
- To set individual designer timelines so that deadlines on the campaign timeline are met
- Liaise with studio manager and designers to make sure they are on track to meet all expectations and deadlines
- Manage the work of multiple designers on the same project so that creative and workflow dovetails
- To ensure budgets are tracked and monitored
- To seek freelance talent/specialist skills where needed
- Capable central point of contact between multiple team members
- Ability to organise and prioritise multiple projects simultaneously with aptitude to respond to changing priorities and balance creative and budgetary conflicts
