Recruitment Marketing & Communications Advisor: Employer Branding: World Leading Oil Co.

World Leading Global Energy Oil Company has an exciting opportunity for a Recruitment Marketing & Communications Advisor to join their Recruitment Marketing division.

Role Responsibilities:

  • To continue progressing and leading the development of the Recruitment employer brand, content, digital and marcomm initiatives for Students/Graduates and Interns strategies.
  • To be externally focused yet able to work closely with internal marketing and communications teams to cross-promote activities, raise brand awareness/reputation meeting brand KPI's as well as support the business growth directly/indirectly meeting hiring and Diversity & Inclusion (DI) targets.
  • To work with a team of marketing managers and advisors globally and regionally across key markets in 3 regions (AsiaPac Middle East, Europe Africa and the Americas) to build, manage and drive a productive and efficient marketing Matrix meeting employer brand, talent attraction and hiring objectives.
  • To continue building existing relationships and working with immediate regional marketing teams, recruiters, the Diversity & Inclusion team, Legal, Media Relations and External Relation and Brand Managers within the business.
  • To keep developing momentum by managing and monitoring existing marketing campaigns and brand communication initiatives by evaluating success and assessing if there are gaps to improve and enhance brand and marketing activities and campaigns.
  • To progress and move marketing campaigns forward working closely with key global marketing team members within Channels, Brand and Communications and Research & Innovation whilst liaising with regional marketing teams.
  • To lead brand and communication activities, and to help identify, develop, implement and support cost effective communication opportunities globally.
  • Track effectiveness of activities and monitor the success of work corrective actions to achieve the required effect, return on investment (ROI) and return on objective (ROO).

About You:

  • Must have experience in Recruitment Marketing/Employer Branding
  • Ideally gained within a dynamic Brand Marketing environment
  • Previous knowledge/understanding/practical experience of Brand Management processes across the marketing mix (eg from agency development to evaluation, brand positioning to segmentation of target audience profiles).
  • Should have strong interpersonal, presentation, communication and analytical skills and be able to work and manage stakeholders of all levels with patience and ease.
  • Must demonstrate a strong commitment to achieving results with a quality, cost efficiency and candidate centric mindset.
  • Must be a team player
