Performing of all Planned and Unplanned Maintenance for all Equipment used in the Manufacturing Process:
Preventative maintenance plan
Liaising with manufacturing planning to allow equipment engineering functions to take place
Electrical and mechanical troubleshooting
Engineering Improvement Projects:
Support engineering improvement projects
Meet timescales
Meet budgets
Train Colleagues:
Assist in development of team skills
Matrix by coaching colleagues
Dealing with Equipment Suppliers and Service Providers
Design of Small Equipment/Brackets etc.
to Support all Areas of Engineering: Sub contract if/when necessary
Perform tasks on site
Skills Required
Providing Support to the Engineering Team on Issues Over and Above Equipment Maintenance:
Update documentation to support equipment modifications
Liaising with process engineers and development to optimise equipment efficiency, productivity and quality
Maintaining and developing of engineering infrastructure with LFSS
