Description

A leading bank is looking for a business analyst to support a large scale, long term programme of work.

We are looking for individuals with strong business change and business readiness/implementation experience to work a divestment/separation programme. This is not an IT role therefore applicants with strong IT projects/systems implementation skills will not be considered.

Responsibilities:

  • Supporting the Implementation Lead, work with the delivery Project Managers to ensure all Implementation related activity is designed, planned, executed and attested to the highest standards.
  • Work with the PM's to create all Implementation collateral - inter alia Implementation & cutover designs, Implementation plan, Schedule of Events and Runbooks
  • Undertake a Quality Assurance of Implementation collateral - ensuring all artefacts are developed by the business in the correct format to comply with central Implementation team standards
  • Support the Implementation lead, ensuring that all aspects of Implementation Execution are mobilised, tested and ready in line with the agreed Design. This includes Runbooks, Command & Control responsibilities, activities related to Readiness, Business Checkout and ensure that 'What If' scenario planning is executed and comprehensive

Key required skills:

  • Experience of large banking implementations is advantageous

  • Experience of the full project life cycle is preferred but specific experience of system & operating model Implementations is essential
