Position: Desktop Support Specialist
Location: Overland Park
Rate: $18 - $22/hr (depending on experience)
Start: Immediate
Duration: approximately 3-months
Shift: Mon-Friday (8am-5pm); occasional weekend work
Desktop Support Specialist will provide high volume level 1 support. This position is responsible for providing level 1 support for everyday service requests relating to PC, server, and network hardware and software problems and malfunctions; interacting and consulting with clients to manage client satisfaction; providing guidance, assistance, and follow-up on client inquiries.
Required Experience
- 2-3 years of experience supporting a corporate environment.
- Desktop support for internal hardware/software issue.
- Experience troubleshooting and resolving Win 7, 8 issues
- Resolving network connectivity issues, VPN, TCP/IP issues.
- Support customer needs, multi tasks, flexible daily environment.
- Work well in a team environment to achieve team goals.
